Originally from Toronto, Canada, Christina was armed with a unique sense of adventure and passion for the hospitality industry at a young age. Starting her worldwide journey in 1999, she packed her bags and moved to the Caribbean to work in resort hotels at the age of 19.

Christina then relocated to Europe, and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel Management from Hotelschool The Hague, The Netherlands. She held management positions and internships in Paris, London and Amsterdam, and was then directly recruited to an iconic resort in Dubai after completing her degree in 2006.

Throughout her 11 years in the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi) Christina held key executive positions in luxury properties for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Dubai Golf, and the Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass Group. She specialized in project management for multi-million dollar hotel renovations, award winning bar & restaurant concept development, and pre-openings.

Christina moved to the USA in 2017, and co-owns Payne Properties & Investments LLC with her husband, Lt Col (USAF- Ret) Hollis Robert “Chuck” Payne III. The company currently holds investment properties across 4 states.

Upon being immersed in the local real estate market, Christina saw a need for agents offering personalized service and genuine care, and a belief in the quality of real estate transactions, not only the quantity. Her experience in the luxury market, her global mindset, and high standards all contribute to her strong and successful relationships with clients.
